The successful sale of a business is complex process offering an opportunity for substantial rewards. The personal needs and financial goals of our client form the basis for this confidential process. It begins with the analysis of all elements of the business, both internal and external, which impact value. Drawing substantially from the knowledge and experience of the RL Group’s dealmaking specialist, the business is viewed as it would be by buyers. During this process we prepare a series of detailed documents that are essential to the success of the sale process. The initial documents reflect and support value to the owner. Equally important, are the documents designed for the marketing phase, i.e., the business is positioned in a manner which is attractive and understandable to buyers. A marketing program is developed, during this stage. The business is reviewed against the criteria of potential buyers in the Ronald Lawrence Group’s database, and then presented to select buyers confidentially.
